Thank You, Comets Nation! Four straight years as attendance leaders

Kansas City Comets fans made more history this season, becoming the first fan base in Major Arena Soccer League history to lead the league in attendance for four consecutive seasons.

Across all 12 home dates throughout the 2025-26 regular season, the Comets welcomed a league-high 52,361 fans for an average of 4,363. With the addition of the playoff game, which currently stands as the highest-attended game in the 2026 Ron Newman Cup Playoffs, the season total rose to 56,692.

Those numbers are nothing new for the Comets, as they averaged a minimum of 4,200 in attendance with 50,000 total fans for each of the previous three years as well. While they have welcomed more than 50,000 fans each of the last four seasons, no other team in the MASL has hit the 50,000 marker.

The Comets have welcomed 230,000 fans to Cable Dahmer Arena over the past four seasons, creating an electric atmosphere for each and every game. The Comets would like to express their gratitude to the most dedicated fans in the league, who continued to show up game after game to make more memories on Hot Winter Nights.

While the season didn’t end as hoped, the Comets look forward to pushing for the Ron Newman Cup next year. Fans can secure their seats for the entirety of next season by visiting kccomets.com/seasontickets2627.
